Via Narze. A huge ziggurat being developed to house two million people, a glass and steel, self sustaining carbon neutral, monorailed utopia. It smacks of Dubai circa 2006, but you never know, it could be the future. Certainly “being whisked around by a monorail network which operates both horizontally and vertically” sounds like a refreshing change to the Hammersmith & City line.
